Ingredients 1kg boneless chicken breast, cut into 1cm cubes 1 medium onion, diced 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp ground ginger 2 tsp cumin 1/3 tsp ground coriander 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon 1/16 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp ground fennel seeds 1/6 tsp salt, plus more for serving Instructions In a large bowl combine the chicken, onion, lemon juice, ground ginger, cumin, corianders, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, fennell seeds and salt.
Add chicken to bowl and toss well to coat well.
Add water to cover the chicken and let cook until it starts to get soft.
Once the chicken is cooked, place it into a large, shallow bowl.
Drizzle with some olive oil and top with some spinach and a few crumbled feta cheese.
